Contemporary Bridal Portraits
David and I like to spend a little time with just the bride for a bridal portrait session, it doesn't
take long, even 10 or 15 minutes on the wedding day is enough to capture beautiful bridal photography.
We use natural light and reflectors whenever possible, this gives the most true natural skin tones.
Elements of the wedding venue are often included, we scout the wedding location ahead of the big day,
looking for beautiful features that will work as stunning backdrops and also see how the light will be at
different times of the day.
Many of the bridal wedding images work as well in black and white as in colour, we often add creative
image processing effects to bridal portraits and are happy to create black and white and toned versions
of bridal portraits.
